Mold Customization
1.What documents are needed for mold opening?
You can provide 2D drawings, 3D files or physical samples, our engineers will confirm mold plan and quotation accordingly.
2.How long is mold lead time? Who owns the mold?
Normal mold takes 15-25 working days. Molds belong to buyers after full mold payment, we keep molds safely for customers.
3.How about modification cost for existing molds?
Minor adjustment is free. Big structure change charges based on material & labor cost, price confirmed before revision.
Sample Making
1.Sample cost & refund policy after bulk order?
Sample fee is required, it can be deducted from bulk payment once official order placed.
2.What’s sample production lead time?
Normal samples take 3-7 working days, complex items need 7-10 days.
OEM Mass Production
1.What’s MOQ? Is small trial order available?
MOQ depends on item specification, small trial order is negotiable.
2.Normal bulk lead time & rush order support?
Normal bulk order:7-15 working days, rush order can be prioritized to shorten lead time.
3.Can we print customer’s own logo on products?
OEM private label is available, custom logo printed on items & packages per your artwork.
Quotation & After-sales
1.Does quotation include shipping & tax cost?
Unit price is EXW factory, excluding freight & tax. We can quote separate shipping cost if needed.
2.Solution for defective finished goods?
All goods inspected before shipment, free re-production or reshipment for quality problems caused by our factory.
